You Agree That: 1. Through your use of this service, that you will not use this BB to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.
2. Although we do not and cannot review every message posted, you are responsible for the content of any message you post, we reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless www.classic-car-directory.com, and the makers of the bulletin board software, and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
3. Privacy Policy. We will not sell or pass on your information to any third party for marketing or other uses. However we do reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for a third party harvesting your information from this BB without our permission.
4. Commercial Postings. Please note that commercial advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on this BB. In other words, if you are part of a company or organisation, and you are wanting to post an advertisement for your products or services, they will be REMOVED without warning. Persistent offenders of this rule will find their account will be suspended.
5. Unacceptable Behaviour. You agree that by using this BB, you will not Flood , Harass, deliberately provoke, or purposely create arguments with any of the members of this BB. While we understand that disagreements are a natural part of life, we also understand that there are some people who deliberately will go out of their way to cause trouble. We will monitor individuals who persistently breach this rule and will suspend the account of individuals in certain circumstances.
