The Classic Car Gallery is proud to offer this rare 1972 Fiat 850 Sport. Powered by a 900cc 4 cylinder engine and manual 4 speed transmission. This is the very car that sold for more than $17,000 at the Bonhams auction in Greenwich, CT in June!!! This Fiat has been fully restored. It retains its original yellow color, and the paint is excellent. The black vinyl seats were also restored, and are in excellent condition. The odometer reads 88,400 miles. Doors shut like they should, with near perfect panel fit. All of the mechanical systems work as they should. The top was replaced and is in as new condition.
The dashboard is excellent.The wood looks almost new. The carpets are new as well. The chrome and rubber trim is all new and properly installed. The underside of the Fiat is excellent, the shocks and bushings are new. Tires are new as, well as the brakes and master cylinder. The engine was rebuilt, runs well, doesn’t smoke or have significant leaks. The transmission shifts smoothly in all gears. This is possibly the finest Fiat 850 on the market today!!!
